TERM OF SERVICES - ENGLISH VER
GENERAL
- You will have the responsible with your slot. Supporting others to commission me when the slot is yours is not allowed.
- You can request as a gift for friend but i’ll check it strictly.PAYMENTS
- Reservation in waitlist will need a 10% payment upfront, no refund upon cancelling.
- Payment must be sent within 3 days or your reservation is canceled. I will send you an inform email 1 week prior to your reserved slot if you are in the waitlist.
- For Normal Commission, 50% or 100% payment upfront, the other 50% will need to be sent after the sketch.
- For Skeb-like Commission, 100% payment upfront.BRIEF
- Send in the brief around 7 days after you take the slot. After 7 days without the brief and noticing me, your slot will automatically canceled.
- The brief need to be clearly seen, if the character was already designed, it HAS TO BE CLEAR.
- I wont accept make illust/concept character from chibi to normal size.
- I refuse to trace/heavy references from other sources or your own artwork.COMMISSION CANCEL
- Commission Cancel in the middle of Composition sketch: will cost 30% commission pricing.
- Commission Cancel In the Color Sketch stage will cost 40% commission pricing.
- Commission Cancel in the middle wip base on the ongoing progress : will cost 50%-100% commission pricing.
- For Vgen ONLY: When client want to cancel commission and want to refund, will have pay the fee of currency exchange rate and the fee from Vgen which is around 10-20%. (Subtract directly from the refund)
- File Storage & Responsibility: The final file will be available on the drive for 2 weeks after delivery. Please make sure to download and save your file within this period. If you met any issues of losing the file, you may contact me within 1 year to request a re-upload. The file can be resent via Vgen/ any other platforms account used for the transaction/ through the work email listed in the bio. I am not responsible and not refund for any issues related to the client’s accounts, including being blocked, suspended, or lost.COPYRIGHT
- ONLY FOR personal use/non-commercial. Clients can use/reup under any types of non-commercial.
- The copyright of the personal commission belongs to the artist, the character design does not. This applies for illustration commission.
- With the character/creature design type commission, the copyright of the design will belong to the artist.
- Please do not claim the commission as your own work and credit the artist when reposting on other socials.
- I reserve full right to publish personal commissions on my social accounts.FEEDBACK
- DO NOT delay the feedback for over 24 hours, in an avoidable situation please contact with the artist.
- If delay too many time and for too long, I will cancel the commission (client have to pay for the exact progress of the commission) or your slot will be last of the line and have to accept over due.CLIENT BENEFITS
- I will refund 100% if you found out I copy, trace or use AI Gen.
- I will refund 100% when the turnaround go over the deadline if the client don’t want the artwork anymore.
- And the pricing will be discount 50% if the client still want the artwork.
- In the force majeure such as natural disasters, unwanted accident, unable to work for temporary, emergencies etc that prevent I to submit the commission in due, I will proactively notify you and discuss for the next plan.CLIENT'S REQUIREMENT
- Actively discuss while in the progress of the commission with an open mind and respectfully.
- ONLY USE THE COMMISSION FOR PERSONAL USE.DO NOT edit anything onto the commission without the artist permission (including adding filter onto the artwork).
- DO NOT feed the commission for AI generate.
- DO NOT print the commission with quantities more than 15.
- CREDIT ME IS A MUST when upload the commission in any socials.
- Please read the ToS thoroughly and read the while in progress to know more about how I work.
- Every additional situations will be conduct due to the ToS.
- Aside this ToS, I DO NOT SIGN any other agreements. If there’s any part of ToS not mentioned and client want to discuss more just contact me directly.Note: By order for a commission, the Client agrees to all the terms of services above.

QUY ĐỊNH CHUNG
- Người giữ slot chịu trách nhiệm với slot của mình. Không được nhường hoặc môi giới cho người khác khi slot thuộc về bạn.
- Có thể đặt làm quà tặng cho bạn bè, nhưng mình sẽ kiểm tra kỹ.THANH TOÁN
- Đặt trước trong danh sách chờ: cần thanh toán 10% trước, huỷ thì không hoàn tiền.
- Thanh toán phải được gửi trong 3 ngày, nếu không slot sẽ bị hủy. Mình sẽ gửi email thông báo trước 1 tuần khi đến lượt bạn trong danh sách chờ.
- Commission thường: thanh toán trước 50% hoặc 100%. Nếu 50% thì 50% còn lại sẽ trả sau khi có sketch.
- Commission kiểu Skeb-like: thanh toán 100% trước.GỬI BRIEF (YÊU CẦU)
- Gửi brief trong vòng 7 ngày kể từ khi giữ slot. Nếu sau 7 ngày không gửi và không báo, slot sẽ tự động hủy.
- Brief cần rõ ràng, nhân vật đã thiết kế thì PHẢI rõ ràng.
- Không nhận vẽ từ chibi sang dạng thường hoặc thiết kế concept từ đầu.
- Không nhận vẽ dựa trên việc trace/tham chiếu nặng từ nguồn khác hay chính tác phẩm của bạn.HỦY COMMISSION
- Huỷ ở giai đoạn sketch bố cục: mất 30% giá.
- Huỷ ở giai đoạn sketch màu: mất 40% giá.
- Huỷ khi đang làm dở: mất 50–100% giá, tuỳ tiến độ.
- Chỉ áp dụng cho Vgen: Khi khách muốn hủy commission và yêu cầu hoàn tiền, bạn sẽ phải trả phí chênh lệch tỷ giá ngoại tệ và phí nền tảng Vgen khoảng 10–20% (lấy trực tiếp từ ví tiền refund).
- Lưu trữ file & trách nhiệm: File final sẽ được lưu trên drive trong vòng 2 tuần sau khi giao. Vui lòng đảm bảo bạn tải xuống và lưu file của mình trong thời gian này. Nếu bạn gặp bất kỳ vấn đề nào như làm mất file, bạn có thể liên hệ với tôi trong vòng 1 năm để yêu cầu gửi lại. File có thể được gửi lại qua VGen, bất kỳ tài khoản nền tảng nào đã được sử dụng để giao dịch, hoặc email công việc được ghi trong bio. Tôi không chịu trách nhiệm và sẽ không hoàn tiền cho bất kỳ vấn đề nào liên quan đến tài khoản của khách, bao gồm việc tài khoản bị khóa, bị đình chỉ hoặc bị mất.BẢN QUYỀN
- Chỉ dành cho mục đích cá nhân/phi thương mại.
- Khách có thể sử dụng/đăng lại dưới mọi hình thức phi thương mại.
- Bản quyền tác phẩm minh hoạ thuộc về artist, không thuộc về thiết kế nhân vật.
- Với commission loại thiết kế nhân vật/sinh vật, bản quyền thiết kế thuộc về artist.
- Không được tuyên bố tranh là của bạn, cần credit khi đăng lại.
- Mình giữ toàn quyền đăng tác phẩm cá nhân trên mạng xã hội.PHẢN HỒI (FEEDBACK)
- Không được trì hoãn phản hồi quá 24h. Nếu có tình huống bất khả kháng, cần báo trước.
- Nếu trì hoãn quá nhiều/lâu, mình sẽ hủy commission (bạn vẫn phải trả theo tiến độ hiện tại) hoặc slot của bạn bị chuyển xuống cuối hàng và có nguy cơ trễ hạn.QUYỀN LỢI CỦA KHÁCH HÀNG
- Hoàn tiền 100% nếu mình copy, trace hoặc dùng AI.
- Hoàn tiền 100% nếu trễ deadline mà bạn không muốn tranh nữa. Nếu vẫn muốn tranh, bạn sẽ được giảm 50% giá.
- Trường hợp bất khả kháng (thiên tai, tai nạn, khẩn cấp...) khiến mình không thể nộp tranh đúng hạn, mình sẽ chủ động báo và bàn phương án.YÊU CẦU ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH HÀNG
- Thảo luận tích cực, cởi mở và tôn trọng trong quá trình làm việc.
- Chỉ sử dụng tranh cho mục đích cá nhân.
- KHÔNG chỉnh sửa tranh (bao gồm thêm filter) nếu chưa có sự cho phép.
- KHÔNG dùng tranh để huấn luyện AI.
- KHÔNG in tranh quá 15 bản.
- Luôn credit mình khi đăng tranh.
- Đọc kỹ ToS và tiến trình làm việc để hiểu cách mình làm việc.
- Mọi tình huống phát sinh khác sẽ được xử lý theo ToS này. Ngoài ToS, mình KHÔNG ký thêm thoả thuận nào khác. Nếu có mục chưa đề cập, có thể liên hệ để trao đổi.Lưu ý: Khi đặt commission, khách hàng đồng ý với toàn bộ điều khoản trên.
